Piece of Cake, run by Brigitte Eley, is a young, fresh, outside catering company based near Forres in Moray. Brigitte has been in catering/hospitality for more than 15 years and brings her wealth of experience and culinary ideas to this venture to create a truly original catering company to Moray.

We particularly enjoy producing traditional Scottish dishes with a contemporary twist, but are equally happy to provide anything from finger buffets to 5 course gourmet dinners.

Our catering business is multi-faceted and incorporates:

• Moray Outside Catering: from wedding buffets to intimate dinners in your own home. Our outside catering service is suitable for clubs, events, family celebrations and casual/formal dining. We can operate on a food supply only basis or provide a fully staffed service.
• Corporate Catering: we can organise the whole event from table centres to entertainment and portable bars. See our gallery and testimonials pages for past corporate events.
• Piece of Cake: traditional home bakes like your granny used to make. All our bakes are made with wholesome, natural ingredients and we can produce gluten-free and diabetic bakes for those with specialist diets.
• Bakes in a box: a selection of freshly-made bakes delivered to your door. All our bakes are suitable for freezing for another day - if there's any left!
• Speciality Foods: Brigitte has personally tried and tested a huge variety of specialist recipes with the aim of producing full menus and/or cakes for those with specialist diets. This means that Piece of Cake is able to offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, diabetic and organic menus.
